I found a pretty cool app on my smart phone (that also has a corresponding website) to help me monitor my progress and I thought I'd pass it along. www.myfitnesspal.com You can track your calories in and how much you burn daily to make sure you are eating enough calories! No, I'm not affiliated with the site..just thought it was a pretty neat tool. Good luck to you!!
