Ok after you have put a fine line of paint on each wire carefully the fabric over top of your wires...try not to smudge the paint. (be sure to choose your favorite side of the fabric...lay that on TOP of the paint...it will show on the front of the wings that way.
Now set your fabric covered wings out of the lay and LEAVE THEM ALONE atleast for several, and I do mean several hours, or better yet until tomorrow. You really want the paint to be completely dry.
