Now take your paint and run a bead of paint over top of the wires. I usually give it a little swirl to make sure the wires are comepletely covered; top and sides. Make sure that your paint is touching the fabric too.
Now...time to be patient again...set your painted wings aside and let dry
thoroughly!!!! Again I usually leave them be until the following day...but give them atleast 8-10 hours to dry.
