I happened upon Ballade a while back...as I watched him, he peered over his shoulder obviously making sure no one was watching him before he got into mischief. I have since discovered that the little guy likes jelly beans. And well as long as I have some handy he seems happy to only steal a single sock now and again.
BTW Ballade means mischief in Danish
